Yes, it's genuinely anonymous

Logging in with your work email lets us confirm you're a real employee and show you your own results over time — it does not make your answers visible to anyone at your company. Your employer only ever sees pooled averages across the whole team; no admin can see your individual answers, or even that a specific score belongs to you.
