Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 30 July 2026

1. Free tier

The Free tier has no cost, so there's nothing to refund or cancel. You can stop using it, or ask us to delete your company's account entirely, at any time.

2. Paid plans (Pulse, Rhythm, Always-On, Custom)

Paid plans are invoiced and paid upfront for a 12-month period. If you change your mind before making the bank transfer, simply don't pay the invoice. Nothing is charged, and no account is created or upgraded until we've confirmed payment.

Once payment has been made and your account has been set up or upgraded, we offer a full refund if requested within 7 days of that setup, provided the account hasn't already been used to run a substantial assessment round. After that window, paid amounts are non-refundable, since the annual capacity was already made available to you. If your organisation genuinely can't use the remaining period for reasons outside your control, contact us and we'll look at it case by case, this policy isn't meant to be applied rigidly against a customer acting in good faith.

3. Cancelling before renewal

There's no auto-renewal today; plans are invoiced manually, one 12-month period at a time. If you don't want to continue after your current period ends, you simply don't need to do anything; we won't invoice you again unless you ask us to.

4. Changing headcount or plan mid-period

If your employee count grows beyond what you're currently invoiced for, contact us and we'll issue a supplementary invoice for the difference rather than blocking new signups. Downgrading mid-period doesn't currently generate a partial refund; the new, lower limit takes effect for your next invoice instead.

5. How to request a refund or cancellation

Email info@idream.in with your company name and invoice number. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
