EXD ScoreA real pulse on how work is actually going.
EXD Score is an employee experience platform that organisations, from small teams to large enterprises, invest in to keep a real pulse on how work is actually going for their people. Each check-in takes minutes and turns into a personalised report with practical tips for every employee, while giving employers the early signal that saves millions in retention and turnover costs.
If you're an employer
EXD Score gives you a real, honest read on employee experience across the conditions that actually predict retention, engagement, and performance, not another survey people fill in on autopilot. You get pooled, anonymized averages across your team and can track them from one EXD Score assessment round to the next; you never see one specific person's individual answers. See a sample report →
If you're an employee
EXD Score is a quick, honest check-in on how work is actually going for you, not a performance review, and nothing your employer can trace back to you. It's built to help you notice what's working, what's draining you, and what's worth raising, split between what you can act on yourself and what's worth escalating. Try a sample assessment →
The five dimensions
People: How humans are organised and relate to each other: support, recognition, growth, decision rights.
Process: The formal structures work moves through: workflows, approvals, policies, workload.
Place: The physical environment: spaces, configuration, ambient conditions.
Technology: Digital tools, platforms, and systems through which work is mediated.
Culture: Norms, assumptions, and unwritten rules that determine how people treat each other.
Anonymous, but logged in: how both are true. You sign in with your work email so the system can confirm you're a real employee at a real company, and so it can show you your own progress over time. That's different from being anonymous to your employer: your company's admin only ever sees pooled averages across the whole team, never your individual answers, and never how you personally responded to any one question.
