Try a sample assessment

Ten sample statements, about a fifth the length of the real thing, just so you can get a feel for the format before your company runs an actual round. Nothing here is saved, no account is needed, and this isn't the real 50-item assessment your company would actually use.

For each statement, choose how true it is for you right now: 1 = Not at all true, 2 = Rarely true, 3 = Sometimes true, 4 = Often true, 5 = Completely true.

People

I feel like my manager notices my day-to-day effort, not just my end results.
There's at least one person at work I feel comfortable being honest with when something's wrong.

Process

When something in my workflow doesn't make sense, there's a real way to raise it and get it looked at.
I usually understand why a decision was made, not just what the decision was.

Place

My workspace (physical or virtual) lets me actually focus when I need to.
I have what I need nearby (tools, information, people) to do my job without constant workarounds.

Technology

The tools I use daily mostly help me get things done, rather than slow me down.
When a tool or system breaks or is confusing, there's a reasonably quick way to get it fixed.

Culture

I feel like it's safe to admit a mistake here without it being held against me.
The way people actually behave here matches what leadership says the culture is.
