1. Who these terms are between

EXD Score is provided by IDREAM ADVISORY SERVICES PVT LTD (F-56, Moongipa Arcade, New Link Road, Nr. D. N. Nagar Police Station, Andheri (West) Mumbai 400 053 - INDIA, GSTIN 27AABCI0774M1ZB), referred to here as "we," "us," or "iDream." These terms apply to any organisation ("you," "the company") that signs up for EXD Score, and to the individual employees it invites to take the assessment. By creating a company account, generating an invoice, or taking an assessment round, you agree to these terms.

2. What EXD Score is

EXD Score is an employee-experience assessment platform. A company invites its employees to complete a survey; individual employees receive their own private report, and the company's admin receives aggregated, company-wide results (never an individual employee's raw answers). Some reports are written with the help of an AI model; see the Privacy Policy for what's sent to it and why.

3. Plans and billing

EXD Score is offered on a Free tier (no cost, limited rounds and headcount) and paid annual plans (currently Pulse and Rhythm, self-serve via bank transfer; Always-On and Custom by direct arrangement). Paid plans are invoiced upfront for a 12-month period at the rate shown at the time the invoice was generated, in either INR (with GST, for Indian customers) or USD (as an export of services under our LUT, for customers outside India). The invoice itself states which applies and why.

Payment is currently by bank transfer only. An account or plan upgrade is activated once we've confirmed the transfer against our bank statement, not automatically the moment a bank reference is entered on the invoice page.

4. Cancellation and refunds

5. Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of the company details you provide (name, domain, billing address, tax registration numbers), and for making sure only your own employees are invited to take the assessment under your company's account. Free-tier signup is restricted to real company email domains for this reason.

6. AI-generated content

Individual and company reports include narrative sections written by an AI model from your aggregated survey data. This content is meant to help interpret the numbers, not as professional HR, legal, or medical advice. You should use your own judgment, and that of qualified professionals where appropriate, before acting on it.

7. Limitation of liability

EXD Score is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, iDream isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including decisions made based on an AI-generated report.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated "last updated" date.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra having exclusive jurisdiction.
